Mr. Kalana Prasanna Fernando With over 18 years of experience as professional chef, Kalana has carefully handcrafted all our 100% natural ice cream flavours. He currently works as a lecturer at Ebrock Cooking School and London Cooking School. He teaches International Cookery as well as 'Food & Beverage' studies. Kalana also has several years of experience as a Hotels & Restaurant Management consultant.
